BEDC (Biotechnology Education Development Coalition) is a community by and for human resource for professionals. We believe that in order to change the world through our life science companies, we need to connect with one another in meaningful ways – sharing ideas, reviewing best practices, advocating on behalf of our workforce, mentoring others interested in human resources and continually learning so that we build our expertise to be even more impactful to those we serve.

BEDC enables HR professionals to make a difference in the lives of the people they serve. Through education, knowledge, development and resources, members connect with one another to forge best practices shaping today's life science and bio-related workplaces.

BEDC’s mission is to develop and provide innovative and quality programs, initiatives, products and services that address the needs of the San Diego Biotech community.
