Next Quarterly Meeting: Emerging Trends of 2010

The San Diego BEDC will focus on Emerging Trends for 2010 in each of our quarterly meetings, and our first is sure to be a big hit! Please join us on February 9th, 2010 for our first quarterly meeting Victoria Tucker of ZBglobal will break down the results of the trend analysis from the
Engagement and Benchmarking survey.
To date, more than 22 life science organizations have participated in the Southern California Life Science Engagement & Benchmarking Survey. This endeavor has solicited and compared ratings across life science organizations in five categories: Mission, Vision and Values; Leadership Effectiveness; Rewards and Recognition; Learning and Contribution; and, Work Life Balance.
In the late fall of 2009, the Southern California Life Science Workforce Engagement Survey was expanded to query human resource professionals for their views on 2010 workplace trends and practices. Victoria Tucker, Managing Director of ZBglobal, the organization that drove and conducted the survey, will discuss the fascinating snapshot of how the workplace is evolving based on the data captured.
